This website, yosefbasham.com, is operated by Yosef Basham, based in Mexico City, Mexico. I take your privacy seriously, and this page explains, in plain language, what happens with your information when you visit.
What this site collects
This site does not ask you to create an account, fill out forms, or provide personal information. It does not set its own cookies, and it does not run advertising or tracking scripts.
Third-party services
A few external services are involved in making the site work:
- Web hosting. Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and maintenance.
- Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests these files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Booking and courses. When you schedule a session or enroll in a course, you are taken to websites operated by The Kabbalah Centre (kabbalah.com and related domains). Any information you provide there is handled under their own privacy policies.
- Social media links. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy practices.
Your rights
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), and similar laws such as the EU's GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held about you (often called ARCO rights in Mexico). Since this site does not itself collect personal data, in most cases there will be nothing to act on, but if you have any question or request, write to me and I will respond as soon as I can.
Children
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes in how this site works (for example, if a contact form or analytics are added in the future), this page will be updated and the date above revised.
